They changed the 2nd boss in Bastion stairs, Lord Slaurith.
He now consist of the following features.
- Single target melee dps. No cleaving or AoE melee dmg.
- An Aod attack, Spiritural damage, is cast on a random player (not the tank) and that deals about 8k damage over 3 ticks, with 0 spiritural resistance.
- If, at any point during the encounter, the player that is hit with the AoE attack, moves out of the aoe area, the entire group will get a dot on them for the rest of the fight that deals elemental/corp damage, for about 900 pr tick, with no resistances.
- After the AoE attack ends, the boss will charge the person who is now, presumeably, low on HP.
-The boss charges partymembers (at random or after aoe attack?)and hits clothies for 1350 pr hit.
He silences, i dont know what causes this effect, i think its the aoe attack.
Tactic:
Wait 15 secs with dps, let the Main tank build agro.
Do not move out of the AoE area - just eat it and pack loads of spirit resistance. (Dark elfs have a racial spirit res +250 tactic)
When ever the boss charges anyone, the 2 tanks are ready and in range to taunt him - The tanks take turns taunting, MT first, then OT, then MT, then OT, you get the idea.
Make sure no 2 people are ever close enough to each other, so the aoe attack can hit 2 players.
All players should be static the entire fight. Dont move at all.
Both tanks should use guard on the healers, as they seem to die the fastest from the AoE attacks.
And remember - If 1 healer dies, the other healer runs for safety and zones out. Then resses the dead, and restarts.
